We want you to love your glow, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your BYOMA purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack Your Products
Carefully pack your unused BYOMA products in their original box to prevent damage during transit and attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
